The Duggar Family fascinates me. Really they do.
I am in awe of how gentle Michelle is in her mothering. Her patience floors me.
I am also quite captivated with how she feeds all of those kids.
Hence my Duggar Recipe Experiments I have been having here at our house.
What?
You don't have Duggar Recipe Nights at your house? You are totally missing out. Totally.
Last night I went with their Chicken Etti recipe. Because I like to consider myself a bit of a rule breaker, I went whole hog and used rotini instead of spaghetti. I know, go me....right?
*Note: If Velveeta Cheese sets you into a fit of vapors and running for your nearest organic colon cleanse. I would suggest you pretend you never happened upon this blog post. End Note.*
CHEESY CHICKEN ROTINI
3 c. chicken (cooked and diced)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel
1 lb. velveeta cheese
1 box cooked Rotini
Melt cheese and add cream of chicken and rotel. Cook pasta. Mix everything together. Add a little water and cover with cheese. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted. Aprox. 20 min

I love the Duggars, too. I strive to be more like Michelle in parenting every day, and usually by about 20 minutes after I've woken up, I've failed, lol. :-) Seriously, I pray for the gentleness, quiet demeanor and patience that she has with her children.
ReplyDeleteThis looks really good. I make their Tater Tot Casserole, but haven't tried this one yet. Now I will. :-)
